Web Hosting Terms and Policies
Majestic Web Hosting provides web hosting services. Majestic Web Hosting reserves the right to suspend or cancel any customer’s access to any portion or all of Majestic Web Hosting services when Majestic Web Hosting deems that the account has been used inappropriately.
Majestic Web Hosting reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to its servers to anyone.
Web Hosting/ Web Site Policies
Majestic Web Hosting does not permit illegal activities including, but not limited to, storing and/or distributing illegal copies of copyrighted software, violations of copyrights and trademarks, violations of U.S. laws, selling and/or distributing illegal contraband. Majestic Web Hosting will terminate all accounts containing or promoting any of the above and below described situations.
Spamming (unsolicited e-mail) is not permitted.
Sites containing pornographic material or sites which contain links to adult sites are not permitted. Sites containing illegal activity or racism are not permitted. Sites providing instructions of performing illegal activities are not permitted.
The determination of what is adult content, racism, and illegal activities shall be solely made by Majestic Web Hosting
Violations, attempted violations, and tampering of Majestic Web Hosting servers, systems, and security are not permitted.
NOTE: Majestic Web Hosting has NO TOLERANCE for warez (pirated software), or spam (unsolicited bulk e-mail). See below for more details. Any sites found to contain, promote, or link to such content are subject to immediate removal from our service
Web Site Storage
The customer is responsible for keeping a copy of their most current web site files as backup on a remote systems (not on Majestic Web Hosting servers). Majestic Web Hosting is not responsible for any lost files, information, or data or loss of business or any other expenses.
Account Terms
We charge a one-time set-up fee of $10.00. It is only paid once before the web hosting services begins.
The set-up fee is non-refundable. All service contracts require full payment before web hosting services begins.All invoices will be sent by postal e-mail and/or mail. All information regarding a customer’s account will be sent by e-mail and/or mail.
Payment Method
Majestic Web Hosting accepts money orders and PayPal in US funds.
All services require full payment before web hosting services begins.
Account Renewals
if paying by check/money order a renewal notification will be sent in form of an invoice
approximately fifteen (15) days prior to the end of the billing cycle.
If account continuation is desired the customer should send payment before the due date typed on the invoice.
All accounts will continue as activated until the due date on the invoice.
If account cancellation is desired, the customer is to send in writing an account cancellation request as described in the Cancellation paragraph of this document.
If Paying by PayPal you will receive an email to subscribe to a monthly payment
Cancellation
Majestic Web Hosting , Inc reserves the right to terminate service at any time. If an account is terminated for policy violation there will be no refund.
Customers can cancel web hosting services at any time. All account cancellations are to be sent to cxl AT MajesticWebHosting.com All account cancellations are to be requested through writing with the customer’s name,
company name, address, phone number,
e-mail, User name and address.
Account cancellations will be considered official when received only by e-mail.
Any account cancellations received by other forms of communication will not be considered official business documentation. If the customer requests cancellation, their account will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle or immediately. The customer may request a specific date for account termination. Majestic Web Hosting , Inc reserves the right to delete web site contents without notice after cancellations. If an account is canceled by the customer, a refund will be issued. The refund will only include the amount of time remaining from the date of cancellation to the last day of the customer’s billing cycle. The refund will not include the domain name registration fees and the set up fees.
Account Reactivation
If an account is canceled due to customer’s requests or billing issues and the customer requests reactivation, all account re activations will be treated as a new account. Therefore, set-up charges will apply.
All web hosting agreements will be re-signed and agreed to. Majestic Web Hosting policies will apply.
All prior negotiations will not be honored.
If an account was canceled due to policy violations, Majestic Web Hosting will not reactivate the account.
Refund Policy
Majestic Web Hosting has a 30-day money back guarantee for web hosting services.
Refunds will occur only after the customer’s request for cancellation through writing as described in the Cancellation paragraph of this document and if Majestic Web Hosting received the request before the first thirty (30) days of the
customer’s web hosting service began. All account cancellations requests after the first thirty (30) days of the beginning of the web hosting service will be honored, but refunds will only include the amount of time remaining on the customer’s billing cycle. Set up fees or domain registration fees will not be refunded.

Majestic Web Hosting does not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted or error free. Majestic Web Hosting will make an effort to ensure that its services are available to all of its members and other Internet users. In no circumstance will Majestic Web Hosting be liable for any claims resulting from the use or inability to use Majestic Web Hosting services including, but not limited to, service interruptions, customer errors, Internet access situations, miscommunications, loss of web site, deleted accounts, unauthorized access to Majestic Web Hosting servers, InterNic problems, DNS caching,
Internet bandwidth congestion, power failures, vandalism, and natural disasters. Majestic Web Hosting reserves the right to revise our policies at any time
